Our Treatment Approach

  • The Biopsychosocial Model

We use the Biopsychosocial Model to help patients understand and manage pain through tailored, evidence-based movement plans. By addressing biological, psychological, and social factors, we build confidence, reduce pain sensitivity, and restore function. Through education, graded exposure, nervous system regulation, and multidisciplinary care, we support patients with chronic pain, hypermobility, and movement challenges to move safely and meaningfully.

  • Health At Every Size (HAES) Approach

At any.BODY Studio, we take a weight-neutral, evidence-based approach to care. Grounded in the HAES framework, we support patients in building strength, mobility, and confidence; without weigh-ins or weight-focused goals. Our trauma-informed, inclusive environment helps clients rebuild a positive relationship with movement. If your patients need compassionate, sustainable support, we’re here to meet them where they’re at … every step of the way.

  • Intuitive Movement

We believe movement should feel good, not forced. Our approach to intuitive movement is rooted in listening to your body, moving in ways that feel supportive and sustainable, and letting go of rigid rules. It’s about reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythms, building strength and mobility mindfully, and honouring how you feel each day. Whether you're moving to feel energised, grounded, or simply to reconnect with yourself, we’re here to support you in finding joy in movement—on your terms.

  • The Joint Variability Model

Our movement philosophy embraces joint variability—the body’s ability to move through a wide range of patterns—as a powerful tool for those living with persistent pain. By gently exploring diverse, supported movements, we help the nervous system feel safe, reduce rigidity, and build resilience. This approach fosters confidence, improves function, and supports the body in finding new, pain-free ways to move.
