    Get guided and supported to find the ultimate combination of movement classes. We specialise in tailored classes to help you understand movement and what your body requires, We guide our clients to feel comfortable in group reformer classes, and have new specialise strength (weight classes).

    We will work with all participants to create a personalised 8 Week journey with personalised exercise physiology sessions and tailored online education resources.

  • Managing Menopause with Movement

    Menopause is complex, and research indicates that there can be up to 70 symptos associated with it. If you are struggling to prioritise movement and experiencing symptoms of menopaue, we can help guide + educate you to use movement to help manage symptoms of menopause.

Pricing Structure

Pricing for the 8 Week Program vary dependent on needs. In the past the price can vary been between $600 - $1000 for the 8 Week Program.

If you require more 1:1 care, more individualised classes the price will increase. We also provide payment plans, for those that wish to pay either weekly, fortnightly or just half the payment. If you require more information on the prices, please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

We use our regularly pricing, then provide a discount for committing to an 8 week journey with us. Below is an example of a tailored program that we have created for someone starting with us on the 8 Week Health Mastery Program.

Inclusions:

  • 60 Minute Comprehensive Consultation with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologist to structure a tailored journey for your 8 Week Health Program

  • 60 Minute Subsequent Consultation with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists as an introduction to Pilates. Key focus was to gain more insightful education on how to a find more variability in their joints.

  • 10 Group Reformer Classes with our highly trained instructors to get them moving safely in a group setting.

  • 8 Exercise Physiology sessions with a tailored program to assist with on-going hip pain.

  • 4 Strength Performance Classes which will be added towards the end of 8 Weeks to introduce them to lifting weights safely to assist with menopausal symptoms.

  • 30 Minute half way review to track progress, pain levels and discuss other holistic ways find more movement in everyday life.
