Why It Works

Most people struggle not because they lack motivation, but because they don’t know where to start. That’s where this program makes all the difference.

  • We Find Your Starting Point
Through a thorough consultation and tailored sessions, we help you begin exactly where your body needs — whether that’s gentle 1:1 work, breath-focused movement, or building confidence with reformer or strength classes.

  • We Rebuild Your Relationship with Movement
Our approach is HAES-aligned, trauma-informed, and inclusive. We create positive experiences so you feel safe, supported, and empowered — moving away from “shoulds” and into exercise that feels good and sustainable.

  • Expert Guidance
Every session is led by Accredited Exercise Physiologists who understand women’s health, pain, fatigue, and complex conditions.

  • Structured Support
With 1:1 care, small group classes, and regular reviews, you’ll have the accountability, guidance, and progression you need to succeed.

  • Whole-Person Care
We go beyond movement with access to our trusted referral network of dietitians, physiotherapists, naturopaths, and counsellors.

This program works because it’s not about forcing you into exercise — it’s about helping you start in the right place, enjoy the process, and build a healthier relationship with movement that lasts.

Success Stories

  • From hesitant beginner to bold, confident mover

“I never thought I’d feel at home in movement spaces — now I can’t imagine my week without them.”

Charlotte came to us as a beginner, searching for a size-inclusive space after difficult experiences with traditional PTs and yoga classes. She started with 1:1 care, focusing on her Achilles pain — the main thing holding her back in daily life.

Through personalised sessions, she built confidence and learned how to control her foot, ankle, knee, and hip mechanics in standing movements. From there, she stepped into our clinical classes, and eventually found herself thriving in our Bold Reformer classes.

By the end of the program, Charlotte had:

    • Resolved her Achilles issues

    • Gained confidence in movement settings

    • Discovered a supportive community (even joining our social walks)

    • Transitioned to an unlimited membership as her primary form of movement

Today, Charlotte has a healthy, confident relationship with movement and feels truly at ease in her body.

  • From unpredictable symptoms to building strength and endurance

“For the first time, movement feels sustainable — even with endometriosis and fatigue.”

Elle had long struggled to find exercise that felt doable, with endometriosis and fatigue making her symptoms fluctuate week to week. Traditional approaches left her exhausted, frustrated, and without progress.

Her 8-week journey began with education: learning how endometriosis impacts movement, what her body needed, and how it responded when the wrong demands were placed on it. In 1:1 sessions and clinical classes, Elle discovered how to position and support her pelvis during movement — a breakthrough that transformed how she felt in exercise.

By the end of the program, Elle had:

    • Gained a deeper understanding of her body and condition

    • Developed confidence through clinical sessions

    • Completed a strength assessment and joined our Strength classes

    • Started regularly attending Strength x Run Mondays, now building endurance for running!

Today, Elle is thriving with a sustainable, supportive relationship with exercise that meets her body where it’s at.

  • Jess’s Story

From postpartum disconnection to half-marathon training

“This program helped me reconnect with my body — now I’m training for a half marathon.”

After giving birth, Jess felt disconnected from her body and unsure how to safely return to exercise. Through her 8-week program, she focused on reconnecting with her pelvic floor and gradually rebuilding strength with the support of her Exercise Physiologist.

What started as small, tailored steps soon grew into confidence and a love of movement. Jess now attends classes regularly and has taken her training further — working with our EP Hannah to prepare for a half marathon.

Today, Jess has rediscovered both trust in her body and joy in movement.
