Pregnancy & Postpartum Support • Milton
Postnatal movement that honours the body you’re living in now.
A calm, evidence-based return to movement — built around your recovery, your nervous system, your symptoms, and the reality of early motherhood.
Private health rebates may apply for Exercise Physiology consultations depending on your cover.
Our approach
This isn’t about “bouncing back”. It’s about rebuilding well.
Postpartum movement needs more than a generic class. Your body is navigating tissue recovery,
pressure changes, sleep disruption, feeding demands, pelvic floor symptoms, and a nervous system
that may already be carrying a lot.
At any.BODY, we help you return to movement with clarity, confidence and support — without
pushing through symptoms or guessing what is safe.
Core + pressure strategy
We teach breathing, abdominal wall connection and pressure management so loading feels supported again.
Pelvic floor awareness
We screen for symptoms like leaking, heaviness, urgency or pain, and guide your safest next step.
Real-life progression
Your plan needs to work around feeding, fatigue, sleep and fluctuating energy — not pretend they don’t exist.
Where to start
Choose the pathway that fits your recovery.

Need more support?
Some recoveries need a deeper assessment first.
If your pregnancy, birth or recovery has been more complex, we recommend booking a 60-minute Exercise Physiology initial consultation before group classes.
When 1:1 is the better fit
Book an EP consult if you’re experiencing symptoms or uncertainty.
Exercise Physiology Initial Consultation
60 minutes | $145
This option gives us more time to understand your body, your symptoms and your goals — then create a clear return-to-movement plan.
This is best if you’ve had:
- Birth trauma or a complicated recovery
- Emergency caesarean, forceps, vacuum, or significant tearing
- Pelvic girdle, hip, back, abdominal or pelvic floor pain
- Leaking, heaviness, dragging, bulging or urgency
- Concerns about prolapse or diastasis recti
- Anxiety around movement or feeling unsafe in your body
- Goals around running, impact or higher-level strength
What we help with
Support for the things mums are often told to “just wait out”.
| Common goal or concern | How we approach it |
|---|---|
| Returning to strength safely | We rebuild capacity gradually, using pressure, pelvic floor symptoms and fatigue as guides. |
| Diastasis recti or doming | We focus on abdominal wall function, breathing, load tolerance and progressive strength. |
| Pelvic floor symptoms | We screen symptoms and modify exercise so movement supports recovery instead of aggravating it. |
| Back, hip or pelvic girdle pain | We look at movement patterns, loading, fatigue and the demands of feeding, lifting and carrying bub. |
| Returning to running or impact | We build foundations first, then strength, then graded exposure — no rushing, no guessing. |

FAQ
A few things mums often ask us.
How soon postpartum can I start?
It depends on your birth, symptoms and recovery. If you’re unsure, start with an EP initial consult so we can guide the safest starting point.
Can I bring my baby to my assessment?
Yes. Bubs are welcome at both your postnatal screening and your Exercise Physiology consultation.
What if my baby cries during class?
Babies cry. It is completely normal here. You can pause, settle bub, feed, change, and rejoin when you’re ready.
Do you have somewhere to feed or change bub?
Yes. We have a changing table available and a comfortable area where you can feed or take a moment.
Can I bring a pram?
Yes, prams are welcome. Please note that our Reformer studio is located upstairs.
