Osteo Strong
A warm, supportive strength program for adults aged 60+ — designed to help you feel stronger,
steadier, and more confident in your body.
We keep groups small (max 8) so you’re truly seen, coached, and supported — every session — by an
Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
You want to build strength — safely
- Osteopenia or osteoporosis
- Worried about “doing the wrong thing” in the gym
- Want to improve balance, posture and confidence
- Want to feel stronger for everyday life (stairs, carrying, gardening, travel)
- Prefer a calm, supportive environment — not a loud, intimidating gym
Bone-safe loading, done properly
Building bone and strength isn’t about “being careful forever” — it’s about learning what safe, progressive loading looks like for your body.
- Progressive resistance to stimulate bone + strength
- Spine-safe technique (we coach positions and loads carefully)
- Balance + stability to reduce fall risk
- Posture and trunk support to feel tall and steady
- Confidence — you’ll know what to do and why

- We start gently and progress safely
- Everything is coached by Exercise Physiologists
- Small groups so your parent isn’t “lost in the room”
- Clear guidance (we explain what we’re doing and why)
- Confidence matters — we want them to feel capable in daily life
