We know that movement can feel daunting—especially if you’re managing pain, reduced mobility, or have never exercised before. Our classes are fully inclusive and welcome all fitness levels, body types, and abilities. Whether you’re rebuilding strength or starting fresh, you’ll be met with compassion, encouragement, and support.

Led by Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs)

Every session is run by our team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists—qualified allied health professionals trained in safe, clinical exercise prescription. They understand how to modify movements to suit joint replacements, arthritis, osteoporosis, or chronic pain, and will work with you to move confidently and safely at your own pace.

Osteogenic Programming for Bone Health

These classes are specifically programmed to be osteogenic—that means every movement is designed to stimulate bone density, improve balance, and build the type of strength that protects you as you age. Using a combination of resistance, bodyweight, and low-impact dynamic movements, OsteoStrong supports not just your muscles—but your long-term skeletal health.

Program Overview

A small-group, clinically designed strength program for adults aged 60+, focused on improving bone density, balance, and confidence in lifting weights—regardless of chronic pain, past injuries, or lack of gym experience.

Run by Accredited Exercise Physiologists in a supportive, inclusive environment.

  • Duration: 6 weeks

  • Location: any.BODY Studio Milton

  • Cost: $299 (Includes Initial Consultation) - Claimable on Private Health
