Support that feels more personal
Clinical Pilates is our small group option for people who want more guidance, more individual attention, and a more supported pathway into movement.
With a maximum of three people in a class, it offers the feel of a more personalised session while still helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency over time.
Clinical Pilates is often the right fit for people who are not quite ready for a larger class environment, who want closer support, or who are navigating pain, injury, pre or postnatal changes, hypermobility, pelvic floor concerns, or a reduced sense of confidence in movement.
Clinical Pilates is ideal if you want a bit more support.
It sits between 1:1 care and our larger classes — giving you more guidance without needing a private session every time.
You want closer guidance
With only three people in each class, there is more room for cueing, adjustments, and individual support.
You’re rebuilding confidence
Ideal if you’re returning to movement, feeling unsure, or want a gentler entry point before larger group classes.
You need a bit more tailoring
Helpful for pain, injury history, pre or postnatal needs, hypermobility, pelvic floor symptoms, or when you simply need more individual attention.
It gives you structure without throwing you in the deep end.
Clinical Pilates gives you the consistency of a class, but with much more attention and support along the way.
- 1Small class numbers mean more eyes on you.
- 2You get more education, corrections, and support as you learn.
- 3It can bridge the gap between 1:1 support and larger group classes.
- 4It helps build trust in your body, not just tick off exercises.
