Who we support

We work with women and individuals who want expert help navigating movement when things feel more complex than a standard gym or class environment.

  • Hypermobility, EDS, POTS and invisible illness
  • Complex pain, fatigue, recurring injury and rehab
  • Pregnancy, postpartum recovery and pelvic health support
  • Perimenopause, menopause and bone health
  • Starting exercise again with more guidance and confidence

How to start

Most people begin with an Initial Consultation so we can understand your body, goals, symptoms and starting point. From there, we’ll guide you toward the right next step.

  • 1:1 exercise physiology sessions
  • Clinical Pilates pathways
  • Strength-based support and progression
  • Home program guidance and education
  • Small group options when you’re ready

Explore the right pathway

As navigation becomes simpler across the site, this page works as a central hub to help people find the right style of support depending on their stage of life, symptoms and goals.
