Georgia is one of our Senior Exercise Physiologists who's passionate about women’s health and invisible illnesses, specialising in supporting women navigating the menopausal transition, breast cancer recovery, and hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD). She excels in creating tailored movement solutions for individuals with chronic pain conditions, including SIJ pain and complex musculoskeletal challenges.

Georgia also has a key role in the any.BODY team as the head EP of our studio’s weights gym. As the lead organiser and designer of our specialty Strength Classes, Georgia programs with a drive to help women feel confident under load and improve their health through resistance training.

With Georgia, you’ll feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for, with your individual needs always at the centre of every session. She has extensive experience supporting women throughout pregnancy, including those experiencing complex pregnancy-related pain, and guiding them in preparing for birth. Georgia is passionate about ensuring everyone she works with feels safe, empowered, and capable in their body.

Hannah brings a unique blend of movement expertise and compassionate care to her work as an Exercise Physiologist. With exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of how movement impacts both the body and mind, she is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their movement journey.

Hannah has a keen interest in supporting individuals who may feel unsure or hesitant in movement settings, including those who are neurodivergent, managing neurological conditions, or seeking a more supportive and individualised approach to exercise.

With Hannah’s enthusiasm for movement also comes her eagerness for helping improve your relationship with exercise. A key way Hannah implements this is by spearheading any.BODY studio’s Run Club, incorporating mindfulness activities, prioritising joy and gratitude, and facilitating an open and welcoming community-based environment.

Maya embodies the key qualities that define an Exercise Physiologist at any.BODY — compassionate, curious, and deeply client-centred. She approaches every individual with empathy and a trauma-informed lens, creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported.

With a background in working with clients requiring a higher level of care — including those navigating multiple sclerosis, stroke rehabilitation, aged care and Parkinson's — Maya brings both expertise and heart to her work.

Within the studio, Maya teaches clinical, reformer, and strength classes and sees clients 1:1 — blending evidence-based movement with a grounded and compassionate approach.

Her goal is to help clients reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and find strength through movement at every stage of life.

She is passionate about creating programs that empower people to move confidently, promote intuitive movement, and support long-term wellbeing by helping clients understand and listen to their bodies.

Though new to the profession, you may recognise her from her practicum at any.BODY, where she gained hands-on experience under the guidance of our Women’s Health Exercise Physiologists, supporting people with neurological conditions, chronic pain, and women’s health concerns.

Mia is a passionate and caring Exercise Physiologist, bringing curiosity, kindness, and a love of movement to her work. She has undergone comprehensive mentorship in women’s health and invisible illnesses, allowing her to confidently support clients managing conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS and chronic pain.

Mia is passionate about supporting people to return to exercise safely and confidently, with a focus on injury prevention and long-term wellbeing. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including those with postural conditions such as scoliosis, individuals navigating pelvic floor concerns, and athletes looking to support performance and resilience.

Mia believes in meeting people where they are, helping them reconnect with their bodies, feel confident, and enjoy movement — whether in clinical sessions, reformer classes, or strength training.

Through her own health journey, Zoe is passionate about supporting other women with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Dysautonomia through exercise. Zoe knows the importance of individualised care when it comes to managing life with hypermobility, and she thrives when providing tailored movement support.

Along with her nurturing and empathetic attitude, this experience has allowed Zoe to help many women in overcoming their fear and anxiety with exercise.

As a diploma qualified Pilates instructor, she works closely with our Senior Exercise Physiologist Holly to provide personalised movement solutions for those with invisible illnesses. Zoe continually develops her education and understanding to help clients manage their chronic conditions and is invested in ensuring the highest level of exercise care.

Zoe also has extensive knowledge and experience working with clients in diverse bodies, and helps women improve their relationship with movement.

Jennie is our studio coordinator and client liaison manager. Her energy and liveliness is the welcoming front to the studio, and all our members know she brings this energy to her Pilates classes.

Jennie’s positive attitude, paired with her systematic approach towards class planning ensures each session provides a variety of movements and goals, where you’ll leave feeling energised and uplifted.

Having completed her Diploma in Pilates for Rehabilitation, Jennie works closely with our Exercise Physiologists to continuously grow her understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and enhance her Pilates sessions. She loves working with clients to help improve their confidence in a group reformer setting, as well as those that struggle with aches and pains to move and feel better.
