We are a multidisciplinary team of Women's Health Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Accredited Exercise Scientists and highly qualified Pilates Trainers and Remedial Massage Therapists. We aim to educate you to listen to your body while you move, provide you with pain prevention knowledge and further assist you to perform at your highest level.

ELLE DE WET | BClinExPhysiology, Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSAM)

Studio Owner, Elle de Wet is a body confidence advocate. Elle graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from QUT in 2017 and since then has developed her clinical skills specialising in Women's Health and Muskoskeletal Rehabilitation. She has in-depth training in both Strength & Conditioning and Clinical Pilates and specialises in assisting clients that are managing chronic conditions and aim to  educate and assist her clients through many of life's obstacles.

Having worked exclusively in private practice since graduating, Holly has gained comprehensive experience with Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Exercise Physiology.

Holly is passionate about helping women throughout all life stages manage conditions such as bladder and bowel dysfunction, prolapse and pelvic pain and has a special interest in assisting women through the pre natal and post natal phase.

Holly is a strong believer that exercise is medicine and enjoys empowering women to achieve their health and fitness goals no matter where they are on their exercise journey.

Claudia Massa | BCLINEXPHYSIOLOGY, ACCREDITED EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (ESSAM)

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Claudia is a member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia. As an affiliated member Claudia works under a governed body that ensures she uses evidence based practice to guide her exercise prescription. Claudia has been comprehensively trained in Reformer Pilates and Studio Pilates and runs dynamic, well instructed classes to help you be consciously aware of your body.
