any.BODY Pilates & Exercise Physiology is a specialised Brisbane Pilates Studio based in Milton providing Reformer Pilates & Exercise Physiology services.

Since opening in February 2018 any.BODY Studio has gradually grown from strength to strength! We are excited to announce that the studio will be expanding. Don’t worry though, we will still be located in the beautiful Tuscan Courtyard at 46 Douglas Street, Milton but the studio will be bigger and better than ever!


Meet your Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Studio Owner, Elle de Wet is a qualified Pilates and Reformer Pilates Instructor, Exercise Scientist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Having Graduated from Queensland University of Technology Elle is qualified to provide exercise prescription to clients with various conditions and also challenge fit individuals to gain greater strength and flexibility.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Elle is a member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia. As an affiliated member she works under a governed body that ensures she uses evidence based practice to guide her exercise prescription.
