Most people don’t know exactly what they need when they first land here — and that’s completely okay. Our role is to make things feel clearer. We offer support through Exercise Physiology, Clinical Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Strength classes, and guided programs, but the most important thing is choosing the right place to start.

Once you know your starting point, these are the ways we work with you.

We offer different levels of support depending on your needs — from personalised 1:1 care through to small group classes.

1:1 care

Exercise Physiology

Individualised assessment, education, programming, and support for pain, injury, women’s health, complex conditions, and returning to movement.

1:3 care

Clinical Pilates

Small group support with a more personalised feel — ideal if you want close guidance while building confidence, strength, and movement capacity.

1:8 classes

Reformer Pilates

Structured small group classes focused on movement quality, strength, mobility, and a calm, supportive studio environment.
