Prenatal Care
Prepare for birth and beyond with evidence-based movement, pelvic floor education, and pregnancy-safe strength — guided by Women’s Health Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
Start here: Prenatal Assessment
All pregnant clients begin with a Prenatal Assessment. It’s the step that gives you clarity: what to do, what to avoid, and how to keep building strength safely as your body changes.
We’ll review your history, symptoms and movement capacity, then give you a practical pathway for pregnancy training. You’ll leave knowing which classes suit you right now and how to modify as you progress through trimesters.
- Education on pelvic floor + abdominal pressure (so exercise feels safe)
- Support for common pregnancy symptoms (pelvic girdle, back, rib, hip discomfort)
- Strength and load guidance (what’s appropriate now, what to scale, what to avoid)
- A clear recommendation for your best next step (program, classes, or birth prep)
If you’re unsure where to start — start here. We’ll guide the rest.

FAQ
Quick answers so you feel confident booking the right thing.
What classes can I attend as part of the 6 Week Nurture & Strength program?
You can attend any of our classes on the schedule based on the quantities in your program — Clinical Pilates, Strength, and Reformer.
All classes are prenatal-friendly, and our team will always help you modify where needed so you feel safe and supported.
When can I start the 6 Week Nurture & Strength program?
Whenever you want. This program is designed to fit around your schedule, so you can start at any time.
What if I can’t attend all the Birth Prep classes?
When enrolling, please take note of the dates and commit as best you can — it’s hard for us to provide a “make up” time if you’re unable to attend.
We do our best to support you, but because it’s a structured program with set times, we can’t always replicate the same session elsewhere.
Do you have parking?
Yes — we have parking available for clients.
Is there a change room / bathroom available?
Yes — we have a bathroom/change area available on site.
What should I bring to my assessment or first class?
Comfy clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and any questions you’ve been carrying. If you have relevant history (pelvic health letters, previous rehab notes, scans) you’re welcome to bring them — but it’s not required.
I’m experiencing pain or pelvic floor symptoms — can I still train?
Yes — and we’ll guide you carefully. If you have pelvic girdle pain, back pain, heaviness, leakage, doming/coning, or you feel unsure, start with a Prenatal Assessment so we can tailor your plan and class choices.
I’m not sure what to book — what’s the simplest first step?
If you’re pregnant and want ongoing support: book the Prenatal Assessment. If you only want the Birth Prep Program: you can enrol directly (no assessment required).
