1:1 virtual consultations working through individualised treatment for a variety of concerns. Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in:

  • 2 x 30 Minute Telehealth reviews necessary to discuss progress and analyse movement patterns

2 Week Postnatal Telehealth

2 WEEK - POSTNATAL TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT

  • Non-invasive and comforting discussion 2 weeks into your postpartum journey

  • A great way to debrief about your birth, and ensure you are on the right track for optimal recovery.

  • We can screen for bladder and bowel symptoms, and ensure you are guided on specific pelvic floor exercises and also general movement.

  • A great first step to optimal post-partum recovery

Home Programs

A tailored home program will consist of specific videos and resources tailored for you!

  • An Initial Assessment (either virtual or in studio) is required prior to receiving your home program.

  • Your home program will be accessed via our app with videos specially filmed just for you.

  • Each video will not only explain how to perform the movement, but also help educate you through the process to ensure you are performing the movement correctly.

  • Ideal for specific concerns
