Acceptance letter
We send an acceptance letter confirming the referral has been received.
Patient contacted & booking
Patient is contacted within 3–5 business days to book their initial appointment.
Reporting to the referring GP
We send a report after the initial consult, and a final report once the agreed treatment plan has been completed.

Medicare rebates are processed after each appointment. A gap payment applies.
What to expect at the initial consultation
60 minutes — holistic assessment and an education-led plan designed for complex presentations.
Initial consult includes
- Full medical history + holistic understanding of symptoms
- Symptom tracking tools (to reduce uncertainty and support pacing)
- Movement + MSK assessment where appropriate
- Treatment plan: symptom tracking, education, and a general MSK plan
