Strength training can feel intimidating, especially when it comes to using barbells and weight plates. But it doesn’t have to be. As women’s health exercise physiologists, we recognize that traditional gym environments aren’t for everyone. This is why we have designed this workshop.

Join us on Tuesday, October 21st at 5:30am OR Thursday, October 23rd at 5:30pm for a 60-minute workshop led by one of our Women’s Health exercise physiologists. With a maximum of 6 participants, this small-group session ensures you’ll get personalised coaching, hands-on guidance, and the encouragement of a supportive community.

The workshop will empower women with knowledge and resources to feel capable and confident in a strength training session, and give you the opportunity to be guided by a compassionate and knowledgeable exercise physiologist

$50 per person (included for Spring Challengers). Limited to 6 spots only.
