At any.Body, we see strength as more than just numbers on a barbell. Strength is about feeling grounded in your body, moving with confidence, and celebrating what your body can do. In this 3 Rep Max (3RM) Workshop, we’ll guide you through a supportive process to explore your current strength.

Join us on Thursday, September 25th at 5:30pm for a 60-minute workshop led by our exercise physiologist, Georgia. With a maximum of 6 participants, this small-group session ensures you’ll get personalised coaching, hands-on guidance, and the encouragement of a supportive community.

This isn’t just about lifting heavy — it’s about learning how to safely test your 3-rep max, building confidence in your technique, and experiencing the incredible energy that comes from training alongside others. Expect expert coaching, community support, and the chance to surprise yourself with what you’re truly capable of.

Discover your true strength

This session is designed for people who already have some experience with strength training. If you’ve done the main lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press) before, feel comfortable with the basics, and are ready to see what your body can do in a safe, supportive space – this is for you.

If you’re brand new to lifting, we’d love to help you get started on the right path. Instead of this workshop, we recommend booking a Strength Screening with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. In this one-on-one session, you’ll learn the fundamentals, build confidence with technique, and set a solid foundation to join future workshops and classes.
