Ready to Run? We’ll guide you (gently)

Learn to Run in a way that works for you!

If you’re nervous about running, you’re in the right place. Our Learn to Run Club is designed for real people who want to enjoy the health benefits of running while building strong knees, healthy lungs, and lasting confidence.

What you’ll get

  • Easier breathing, steadier mood, better energy - gentle cardio is great for your heart and nervous system.

  • Fewer aches - we teach tiny technique tweaks (like a slightly quicker step) that make running feel better.

  • Stronger legs & hips - short, simple strength sets each week = your “injury insurance.”

How it works

  • Run–walk structure (it is totally fine to start with walking). You choose the pace; we set the plan.

  • One group session per week - Fridays at 6:00am

  • Technique mini-coaching each week (posture, cadence, breath).

  • Short strength program (15–20 mins)

What the first week looks like…

  • Warm welcome + how to find your “easy” pace

  • Short intervals (think: 1–2 minutes easy jog / 2–3 minutes walk)

  • A quick strength set (glutes, calves, hamstrings)

  • Stretch + how to recover so you feel good the next da

👟 You don’t need to be ‘fit’ to start

  • Walking is totally fine.

  • We scale everything.

  • Need an extra rest? We build it in.

  • Shoes you already own are okay to begin. You already have everything you need to get started.

Common worries (answered)

“My knees?” We keep it easy and show you small form changes that reduce joint load.

“I’m scared I’ll be last.” There is no “last” here. We run in loops so everyone stays connected and supported the whole time.

I’ve tried running before and burnt out.Our carefully programmed pacing protects your energy and builds gradually.

What you’ll notice after just six weeks

  • You’ll be able to move and chat comfortably – running will start to feel natural, not breathless.

  • You’ll finish each session feeling energised and steady, not wiped out.

  • You’ll feel confident in your progress, and know exactly how to keep going on your own – if you want to!
