Navigating Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
As women’s health exercise physiologists, we take a holistic approach to postpartum movement that goes beyond traditional methods. In this ebook, we'll explore how pregnancy affects the pelvic floor, key recovery strategies, and how to safely return to movement.
