The goal of the 30 Day Movement Challenge is to MOVE every single day for 30 days. Our reformer classes will only be part of our 30 Day Movement journey, we will also include weekly learn to run sessions, + weekly home programs + breathing for wellbeing sessions.

Learn to Run Program - Suitable for all levels

Join an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for 45mins of sequenced drills to help you prepare and feel good while running. All levels welcome. Expect drills that will help you understand hip mechanics, ankle mechanics and make you more of a mindful runner. These sessions will be on once per week, in the local park near the studio in Milton.

Weekly at home recovery program

Tailored home programs to help increase the volume of movement over the 30 days.

Weekly Breathing for Wellbeing

Prioritise breathing and mindfulness over the course of the 30 Days with our breathing and stretch classes. Learn proven methods to improve your breath capacity, calm your central nervous system and bring mindfulness to your everyday life.

Initial Assessment (30mins) - as required

New to Pilates? Want some guidance to get started? Let us know and we will kick off your 30 Day Challenge with an Initial Assessment to settle any nerves, answer any questions and give you an opportunity to understand the any. BODY Studio difference.

20 Group Reformer Classes (45mins)

Enjoy consisted, high quality movement over the course of 30 days. Participate in our mindful movement classes (technique focus), progress to our Dynamic Reformer Classes (faster paced, higher intensity) or if suited to you enjoy movement in our BOLD Classes (specialised classes for those living in bigger bodies).

Access to Breath + Stretch Classes (45mins)

Prioritise breathing and mindfulness over the course of the 30 Days with our breathing + stretch classes. Learn proven methods to improve your breath capacity, calm your central nervous system and bring mindfulness to your everyday life.

Access to Learn To Run Club - (45mins)

Join an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for 45mins of sequenced drills to help you prepare and feel good while running. All levels welcome. Expect drills that will help you understand hip mechanics, ankle mechanics and make you more of a mindful runner. These sessions will be hosted on a Tuesday morning at 6:00am in Milton Park!

Weekly Home Recovery Programs

Tailored home programs to help increase the volume of movement over the 30 days.

  • Access a weekly home program directly from our app. These programs will consists of movements that will help with movement when energy is low.

  • Useful tools to assist with increasing the volume of movement in your everyday life when there is barriers such as (time, kids etc).

Meet The Team

Claudia

Exercise Physiologist

Claudia advocates that movement is medicine and uses exercise prescription to assist in the management and prevention of injuries and chronic conditions. Claudia has personally witnessed her confidence, strength and ability to complete tasks improve once she found a form of exercise that best suited her. She strives to enable individuals to take control of their health by implementing an exercise routine that realistically suits their everyday life and includes activities which they enjoy.

Claudia’s special interests include Women’s Health and Pilates but she loves to work with a vast variety of clients. Claudia particularly loves to incorporate Pilates with Women’s Health clients, individuals experiencing lower back pain and those who would benefit from enhancing their mind-body connection

Exercise Physiologist

Having worked exclusively in private practice since graduating, Holly has gained comprehensive experience with Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Exercise Physiology.

Holly is passionate about helping women throughout all life stages manage conditions such as bladder and bowel dysfunction, prolapse and pelvic pain and has a special interest in assisting women through the pre natal and post natal phase.

Holly is a strong believer that exercise is medicine and enjoys empowering women to achieve their health and fitness goals no matter where they are on their exercise journey. 

Olivia

Exercise Scientist

Olivia is a qualified Accredited Exercise Scientist, currently in her 3rd year of Physiotherapy and has completed her diploma of Pilates on all Equipment apparatuses. Olivia’s passion for movement is evident in her understanding  and knowledge of biomechanics and how to apply this to appropriate exercise prescription, it improve technique and form to assist with driving better results for her clients.

Olivia has a special interest in shoulder health and rehabilitation and has worked with a variety of clients to assist them in understanding the reasons behind their pain, and how to effectively strengthen the correct musculature around the shoulder joint. Olivia’s experience as an Exercise Scientist and Pilates Instructor and up to date knowledge and understanding of evidence based practices makes her an invaluable member of the any.BODY team.

Georgia

Exercise Scientist

Georgia is a qualified Accredited Exercise Scientist and nearly at completion of her Masters in Exercise Physiology. She is a passionate Pilates trainer, and has a keen interest in Women’s Health, naturally being attracted to the any. BODY Studio space. Georgia has an incredible ability to communicate movement, understand movement and connect with our members providing modifications on the fly and ensuring you are feeling it in all the right areas. Georgia teaches fun, dynamic, contemporary reformer Pilates classes and is passionate about prescribing holistic movement as medicine to our members.

Jenny

Studio Co-Ordinator + Pilates Trainer

Jennie is our studio co-ordinator and client liaison manager. Having moved here from Liverpool, get ready to fall in love with her accent as she teaches incredible flows. As a diploma qualified trainer, she is experienced teaching the full Pilates repertoire, on a variety of Pilates equipment. Her classes focuses on spinal articulation, creativity and breath and has more of a classical approach to her teaching.

Having completed her Diploma in Pilates for Rehabilitation she works as a support worker underneath our Exercise Physiologists and loves working with Pre + Post Natal clients, clients that have a fear of movement and those that struggle with aches and pains with and those with low confidence in a group reformer setting.

Kirby

Pilates Trainer

Kirby is an eagle eye instructor, with a gift of the gab. Kirby’s group reformer classes are fun, dynamic and challenging in just the right way! Having trained with Pilates giants, Polestar, her understanding of Pilates principles, biomechanics and anatomy is evident in the way she teaches. She will correct you, challenge you but ensure you are loving every minute of it.

Kirby is a contemporary instructor so expect spins on the classical reformer repertoire, functional-gym based movements and the use of a variety of props.

Zoe

Pilates Trainer

We are so proud to have Zoe as part of the any.BODY Team. Zoe is an ex-professional ballet dancer and Polestar Qualified Pilates teacher. Zoe fell in love with Pilates as it helped her work through many injuries throughout her ballet career. Zoe has a fantastic understanding of biomechanics and is able to analyse movement to ensure you are getting the most out of your reformer pilates sessions. You will absolutely love Zoe's energy, the flow of her classes and her bright personality.

Louise

Exercise Physiologist

Louise is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, currently extending her study with a Master’s of Physiotherapy. She is a strong believer in the idea that movement is medicine, and uses the prescription of exercise to help her clients prevent and manage various acute and chronic medical conditions. Louise is also completing her comprehensive Pilates certification after finding from personal experience that this form of movement can build strength, flexibility and self-confidence. Her classes are designed to improve on all of these areas. Louise also firmly believes in the value of participating in movements you enjoy. As a result, she plays netball and touch football in her spare time. Her goal is to encourage all clients to find a form of movement that they also enjoy. Louise has a special interest in Women’s Health conditions and has experience working with children and young adults with cerebral palsy.
