Strong Start 2026 is your supportive re-entry into movement once the year has kicked into gear — a strength-focused 4-week program designed to help you anchor a routine when life is already busy. Over four weeks, you’ll have access to unlimited Reformer Pilates, a weekly Strength class, and a 45-minute 1:1 Strength Assessment with an Exercise Physiologist so you can safely join our small-group Strength sessions.

Step 1 — Join Strong Start

Purchase your Strong Start 2026 pass and download our app. You’ll unlock access to book Reformer and Strength sessions within your 4-week block.

Step 2 — Book your Strength Assessment

Schedule your 45-minute 1:1 Strength Assessment with an Exercise Physiologist. We’ll review your movement patterns, injury history and goals to guide you safely into Strength classes.

Step 3 — Book your classes

Map out your Reformer and weekly Strength classes across the 4 weeks so they’re locked into your calendar like any other commitment.

Is Strong Start suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. We specialise in helping beginners and returning movers feel safe, confident and supported — not thrown in the deep end.

What if my schedule is a bit messy?

That’s okay. Strong Start is designed to support consistency, not perfection. We’ll help you plan something realistic around work and family.

Is this suitable if I have an injury or health condition?

Yes — our EPs work with complex health conditions, menopause, hypermobility and pelvic health every day. If you’re unsure, email us first so we can help you choose the best fit.

Is it pregnancy-friendly?

Yes. Our classes are pregnancy-friendly and our Women’s Health EPs can help you tailor exercises to your changing body.

How do I book classes?

Once you purchase Strong Start, you’ll use our app to book any Reformer and Strength Performance classes on the public timetable within your program dates.

Do I need an initial assessment first?

The Strength Assessment inside Strong Start covers what you need to safely access our Strength classes. If you have more complex needs, you’re welcome to add a separate 1:1 assessment.
