From 8 December to 18 January, enjoy unlimited Reformer Pilates, a weekly Strength class, and a personalised 30-minute goal-setting and accountability session with one of our Exercise Physiologists. Absolutely. We specialise in helping beginners and returning movers feel safe, confident and supported — not thrown in the deep end.
What if I’m away for part of the dates?
That’s okay. Strong Start is designed to support consistency, not perfection. Chat to us about your dates and we’ll help you plan what’s realistic.
Is this suitable if I have an injury or health condition?
Yes — our EPs work with complex health conditions, menopause, hypermobility and pelvic health every day. If you’re unsure, email us first so we can help you choose the best fit.
Is it pregnancy-friendly?
Yes. Our classes are pregnancy-friendly and our Women’s Health EPs can help you tailor exercises to your changing body.
How do I book classes?
Once you purchase Strong Start, you’ll use our app to book any Reformer and Strength Performance classes on the public timetable within the program dates.
Do I need an initial assessment first?
It’s not required, but if you have complex health needs or prefer 1:1 time to feel confident, we recommend booking an initial assessment alongside Strong Start.
