Movement that’s built around you, with our expertise and support.
Knowing where to start can be the hardest part. Maybe you’ve felt out of place in other exercise spaces, tried classes that moved too fast or felt like you were left to figure things out on your own. Maybe you’re managing an injury or illness, pregnant or recently had a baby or simply coming back to movement after a break and not sure what your body needs. Most fitness spaces aren’t set up to work that out with you.
At any.BODY, our focus is you and finding the right movement for your body. You don't need to know whether you need Pilates, Clinical, Strength or Exercise Physiology. We'll help you figure that out.

A couple of questions to help guide you to a starting point.
Good questions.
Do I need a referral?
No, you don’t need a referral to book appointments or classes with us. The exception is if you’d like to use a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, which requires a referral from your GP.
Can I claim on private health insurance?
Strength classes, Clinical Exercise and one-on-one Exercise Physiology are eligible for private health rebates, as they’re led by Exercise Physiologists. Group Reformer classes aren’t eligible. Check with your health fund to see what your level of cover includes.
What if I have a complex or chronic condition?
You’re in the right place. We regularly support people with conditions like hypermobility and EDS, POTS, endometriosis, PCOS, chronic pain and more. Starting with an Exercise Physiology assessment means we can understand your body and history, then recommend the right path at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Do you accept GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPCCMP)?
Yes, we do. If you have a chronic health condition, your GP may be able to refer you to an Exercise Physiologist under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, which can give you access to a Medicare rebate for some of your sessions. To use your plan with us, you’ll need a referral from your GP and the relevant paperwork. Bring these along to your first appointment, or send them through beforehand, and our team will take care of the rest.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes. Our Exercise Physiologists support NDIS participants, and we’re happy to talk through how we can work with your plan. Get in touch and our team will help you get started.
