8 Week Reformer Pilates Course
FOR TEENS
Reformer Pilates Classes for teens aged 12-17. These classes are designed to improve co-ordination, core strength, mindfulness and body awareness in a low sensory, inclusive environment.
What can your teen gain from doing Reformer Pilates at any.BODY Studio?
Mindful movement has been shown to have a variety of benefits for kids of all ages. Our 8 Week Program on a macro level been specifically designed for teens needing to improve their body awareness, boost their confidence, help lower stress levels and build resilience.
On a more foundational level reformer Pilates with tailored programming will help improve posture by building muscular endurance, improve co-ordination, help with motor skill development and build a strong foundation for improved musculoskeletal health.
8 Week Block - Tuesdays 4:30pm
When: Starting October 9th 2023 on Tuesdays at 4:30pm
Cost: $230 for the 8 Week Block consisting of 8 x 45 minute classes.

2 x 30 Minute Telehealth reviews necessary to discuss progress and analyse movement patterns
2 Week Postnatal Telehealth
2 WEEK - POSTNATAL TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT
Non-invasive and comforting discussion 2 weeks into your postpartum journey
A great way to debrief about your birth, and ensure you are on the right track for optimal recovery.
We can screen for bladder and bowel symptoms, and ensure you are guided on specific pelvic floor exercises and also general movement.

Home Programs
A tailored home program will consist of specific videos and resources tailored for you!
An Initial Assessment (either virtual or in studio) is required prior to receiving your home program.
Your home program will be accessed via our app with videos specially filmed just for you.
Each video will not only explain how to perform the movement, but also help educate you through the process to ensure you are performing the movement correctly.
