At any.BODY Studio we are passionate about teaching life-enhancing movement. We are a speciality fitness hub providing Group Reformer Classes, Stigma free and weight-inclusive classes, Pre + Postnatal Classes, Exercise Physiology Services + Clinical Pilates Classes.

Established since 2018, the any.BODY Community has grown from strength to strength.

We are a group of movement teachers that are passionate about what we do. We provide a Pilates experience unlike any other, with guidance and support so you feel capable and confident in your movement journey.

Meet Elle

BCLINEXPHYSIOLOGY, ACCREDITED

SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (ESSAM)

Owner and founder of any.BODY Studio, Elle is a HAES aligned exercise physiologist who’s passion lies in helping women understand and improve their relationship with movement. Elle knows the complexities of forming health habits, and uses the Principles of Intuitive Movement to help guide you in building long-lasting, mindful and healthy relationships with exercise.

Elle’s focus within her sessions is to deliver gold standard programming to ensure her clients get the most out of each movement. She has a keen eye for details, and will emphasise improving biomechanics to enhance your everyday movement, as well as within the exercise setting. Elle will help you to better understand your body, your breath, your mindset, and improve your overall wellbeing. 

Elle’s specialist interests include the Hypermobility Spectrum, Scoliosis, and mental wellbeing with movement. She also excels in assisting women in diverse bodies find movement solutions.

Meet Holly

BCLINEXPHYSIOLOGY, ACCREDITED

SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (ESSAM)

Having worked exclusively in private practice since graduating, Holly has gained comprehensive experience with Musculoskeletal, Invisible Illness, and Pelvic Health Exercise Physiology.

As our resident Women’s Health Specialist, Holly completed her Master’s of Women’s Health Medicine with Excellence through the University of New South Wales mid 2023. She is passionate about assisting and advocating for women throughout all stages of life, managing conditions like pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and prolapse.

Holly also takes a keen interest in invisible illnesses, and works majoritively with women who have hypermobility, Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome, Dysautonomia (e.g. POTS), Chronic Fatigue, and other related conditions.

Holly also works as one of our any.BODY team mentors, provides continuing education courses, and offers training to instructors whom have a keen interest in women’s health and invisible illnesses.

Meet Georgia

BCLINEXPHYSIOLOGY, ACCREDITED

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (ESSAM)

Georgia enjoys working in women’s health, and is passionate about assisting women through menopausal transition, as well as our ladies with breast cancer. She excels in seeking movement solutions for people throughout all stages of their health journey. With Georgia you’ll feel listened to, validated, and your needs being accounted for each time you’re in.

When it comes to Pilates, Georgia brings joy and encouragement to all of her classes. Either in group reformer or clinical Pilates, she provides creative, thoughtful and well-constructed plans. Her communication is adaptive and intentional for each individual she works with.

Georgia also takes our group gym classes, and will work closely with those who want to increase their strength goals, manage injuries with resistance training, and explore the realm of weights.

Meet Zoe

DIPLOMA QUALIFIED PILATES TRAINER

Through her own health journey, Zoe is passionate about supporting other women with Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome and Dysautonomia through exercise. Zoe knows the importance of individualised care when it comes to managing life with hypermobility, and she thrives when providing tailored movement support. Along with her nurturing and empathetic attitude, this experience has allowed Zoe to help many women in overcoming their fear and anxiety with exercise.

As a diploma qualified Pilates instructor, she works closely with our Senior Exercise Physiologists Elle and Holly to provide personalised movement solutions for those with invisible illnesses. Zoe continually develops her education and understanding to help clients manage their chronic conditions and is invested in ensuring the highest level of exercise care.

 Zoe also has extensive knowledge and experience working with clients in diverse bodies, and helps women improve their relationship with movement.

Meet Jennie

DIPLOMA QUALIFIED PILATES TRAINER

Jen is our studio coordinator and client liaison manager. Her energy and liveliness is the welcoming front to the studio, and all our members know she brings this energy to her pilates classes. Jen’s positive attitude, paired with her systematic approach towards class planning ensures each session provides a variety of movements and goals, where you’ll leave feeling energised and uplifted.

Having completed her Diploma in Pilates for Rehabilitation, Jennie works closely with our Exercise Physiologists to continuously grow her understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and enhance her pilates sessions. She loves working with clients to help improve their confidence in a group reformer setting, as well as those that struggle with aches and pains to move and feel better.

Claudia

Exercise Physiologist

Claudia advocates that movement is medicine and uses exercise prescription to assist in the management and prevention of injuries and chronic conditions. Claudia has personally witnessed her confidence, strength and ability to complete tasks improve once she found a form of exercise that best suited her. She strives to enable individuals to take control of their health by implementing an exercise routine that realistically suits their everyday life and includes activities which they enjoy.

Claudia’s special interests include Women’s Health and Pilates but she loves to work with a vast variety of clients. Claudia particularly loves to incorporate Pilates with Women’s Health clients, individuals experiencing lower back pain and those who would benefit from enhancing their mind-body connection

Louise

Exercise Physiologist

Louise is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, currently extending her study with a Master’s of Physiotherapy. She is a strong believer in the idea that movement is medicine, and uses the prescription of exercise to help her clients prevent and manage various acute and chronic medical conditions. Louise is also completing her comprehensive Pilates certification after finding from personal experience that this form of movement can build strength, flexibility and self-confidence. Her classes are designed to improve on all of these areas. Louise also firmly believes in the value of participating in movements you enjoy. As a result, she plays netball and touch football in her spare time. Her goal is to encourage all clients to find a form of movement that they also enjoy. Louise has a special interest in Women’s Health conditions and has experience working with children and young adults with cerebral palsy.

Olivia

Exercise Scientist

Olivia is a qualified Accredited Exercise Scientist, currently in her 4th year of Physiotherapy and has completed her diploma of Pilates on all Equipment apparatuses. Olivia’s passion for movement is evident in her understanding  and knowledge of biomechanics and how to apply this to appropriate exercise prescription, it improve technique and form to assist with driving better results for her clients.

Olivia has a special interest in shoulder health and rehabilitation and has worked with a variety of clients to assist them in understanding the reasons behind their pain, and how to effectively strengthen the correct musculature around the shoulder joint. Olivia’s experience as an Exercise Scientist and Pilates Instructor and up to date knowledge and understanding of evidence based practices makes her an invaluable member of the any.BODY team.

Erin

Exercise Physiologist

Georgia has completed her Masters in Exercise Physiology. She is a passionate Pilates trainer, and has a keen interest in Women’s Health, naturally being attracted to the any. BODY Studio space. Georgia has an incredible ability to communicate movement, understand movement and connect with our members providing modifications on the fly and ensuring you are feeling it in all the right areas. Georgia teaches fun, dynamic, contemporary reformer Pilates classes and is passionate about prescribing holistic movement as medicine to our members.

Georgia has a special interest in Women’s health and is passionate about the role exercise can play in those with endometriosis, during pre- and post natal care, those undergoing menopause or with tight pelvic floors

Jenny

Studio Co-Ordinator + Pilates Trainer

Jennie is our studio co-ordinator and client liaison manager. Having moved here from Liverpool, get ready to fall in love with her accent as she teaches incredible flows. As a diploma qualified trainer, she is experienced teaching the full Pilates repertoire, on a variety of Pilates equipment. Her classes focuses on spinal articulation, creativity and breath and has more of a classical approach to her teaching.

Having completed her Diploma in Pilates for Rehabilitation she works as a support worker underneath our Exercise Physiologists and loves working with Pre + Post Natal clients, clients that have a fear of movement and those that struggle with aches and pains with and those with low confidence in a group reformer setting.

Kirby

Pilates Trainer

Kirby is an eagle eye instructor, with a gift of the gab. Kirby’s group reformer classes are fun, dynamic and challenging in just the right way! Having trained with Pilates giants, Polestar, her understanding of Pilates principles, biomechanics and anatomy is evident in the way she teaches. She will correct you, challenge you but ensure you are loving every minute of it.

Kirby is a contemporary instructor so expect spins on the classical reformer repertoire, functional-gym based movements and the use of a variety of props.

Zoe

Pilates Trainer

Zoe has lived experience as someone who has been diagnosed with Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome, POTS and Dysautonomia. Zoe has been on an extensive health and movement journey over the last few years, and is extremely passionate about caring and helping those with similar presentations.

Zoe is a diploma qualified Pilates Instructor and works closely with our Accredited Exercise Physiologists to provide personalised movement solutions for those with invisible illnesses. Zoe understand that small things matter when managing chronic health conditions and is passionate about the role movement can play.

Zoe has extensive knowledge and experience working with clients in diverse bodies, and helps women daily improve their relationship with movement.

Louise

Exercise Physiologist
