Exercise Physiology consultation

To start Clinical Pilates, you’ll begin with an Exercise Physiology consultation. We’ll take a thorough history, understand injuries or health considerations, and assess your baseline movement so your program is truly tailored.

Clinical 1:3 sessions

Classes run for 50 minutes with a maximum of 3 people, so we can coach technique, build confidence and progress you safely.

Ongoing progression

Your program evolves over time. We can modify, progress and adjust based on symptoms, goals and capacity — so you keep moving forward.

Clinical Pilates, Clinical Strength, and 1:1 support

Clinical Pilates is our equipment-based small-group pathway. We also offer Clinical Strength in our gym space (still max 3), and 1:1 Exercise Physiology for people who require individual sessions.
