Georgia has a special interest in Women’s health and is passionate about the role exercise can play in those with endometriosis, during pre- and post-natal care, those undergoing menopause or with tight pelvic floors

Georgia has a strong passion for all things Women's Health and loves to empower women through all life stages including pre- and post- natal, menopause as well as invisible diseases such as Endometriosis, PCOS, Chronic Fatigue and Mental Health Disorders. Georgia also has a special interest in exercise during/post cancer treatment and enjoys working with different neurological conditions, including multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, stroke patients and dementia, as well as chronic conditions including back pain, diabetes, arthritis, and heart conditions.
