Yoga (Coming Soon)

Yoga is about listening to your body, and finding flowing movements to lengthen and restore.

Yoga is a new addition to the any.BODY Timetable in 2020. There will be a 2 different styles of yoga classes on the schedule, a faster pace power class and a slower "restore” class.

Yoga sessions run for 70 minutes and include the use of fascia release props, blocks, bands and bolsters to assist with form. If you have never done a yoga session before, it is recommended that you attend an initial consultation prior to beginning to ensure that yoga is the best option for your body.

If you have never done a yoga session before, it is recommended that you attend an initial consultation prior to beginning to ensure that yoga is the best option for your body. Yoga classes will be running from January 2020 and the schedule will be made available in December 2019. Classses will be on daily early morning and late afternoon.
