Reformer Pilates for Strength, Flexability and Fitness

The any.BODY Studio 6 Week Performance Challenge  is designed to help you get motivated and moving on a regular basis.

This challenge is perfect for those that don't have injuries and want to improve their strength, general fitness and flexibility. Participate in 6 Weeks of Reformer Pilates Classes, Pilates Circuit Classes and Small group boxing classes. 

What makes our studio different? Our classes are small, our instructors are highly trained (no television screens) and we have a vibrant community of members that believes and trust the way we teach.  We also provide support in the way of 1:1 reviews and assessments to assist you through your journey.

What is included

$79 per week + $59 Registration Fee

20 Group Reformer Classes - Choose from a variety of Group Reformer Classes (maximum 8 per class). any.BODY Studio uses premium Pilates equipment with diploma or university qualified Pilates trainers. 

Unlimited BoxFIT Classes - To introduce some cardio into your life we run a great circuit style BoxFIT class which utilises a variety of gym based and Pilates based equipment. 

Don't forget your any.BODY 6 Week Challenger tank, so you can feel like part of the crew and unlimited support from our any.BODY Community and highly qualified trainers.

Variety of Class Styles & Times

We have over 60 Classes on our weekly schedule to choose from. Our earliest class time is 5:30am and our latest is at 6:30pm. We also have lunch time classes! 

At any.BODY Studio our members will never get bored! We have a variety of class styles included on our timetable for all fitness levels. Choose from Stretch Reformer, Intermediate Reformer, All levels Reformer, Equipment Pilates Circuit, Boxing or Jumpboard Reformer.

Great place for beginner and advanced pilates. They offer primarily reformer pilates classes, but also some mat classes, as well as BoxFit classes which combine (depending on the instructor) boxing with pilates or circuit work. All the instructors are fantastic. The owner Elle is lovely and very helpful and will do an assessment prior to your joining classes to see what your specific needs are and give basics of the reformer machine. The studio itself is lovely and has a nice ambience.

The Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome and less uncoordinated when completing exercises.

They provide alternate exercises if you have existing injuries, and are always there to help you move in the right way.If you are after some cardio, the “boxfit” classes will get your blood pumping and help you destress. Early Monday mornings are the best way to start the week!!The classes have been amazing for my body. After 25 years of playing rugby, the exercises and stretching are the best thing to keep me moving and is assisting with loads of my old injuries.
