Class Styles + Times

We have over 70+ Classes on our schedule! Our earliest classes are at 5:30am and our latest at 6:30pm. We even have mid morning and lunch time classes!

What sets us apart from other studios is the range of classes we can offer due to having highly trained pilates practitioners and accredited exercise physiologists.

Choose from fitness style group reformer classes (beginner reformer, hiit reformer, intermediate reformer, stretch reformer and strength reformer) or if you have specific health concerns or injuries we have individualised small group classes where you will work closely with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

How do I know which challenge to choose?
We can assist you! It all depends on your fitness level and your goals. If you are interested in joining us pay only $59 and we will contact you to arrange an assessment. This is where we can discuss with you the best way forward!
Can I join if I am pregnant?
You certainly can! 4 Weeks - 15 Weeks can participate in our Performance Challenge 15+ weeks can participate in our Clinical challenge. The beauty of joining Individualised classes means we can challenge you at your own fitness level and also ensure we are doing pregnancy specific and safe movements.
Does it matter if I am away some days during the challenge?
We will be getting together as a group on October 9th however it is not mandatory to attend. If required we can change your start date and finish date slightly.
Do you have payment plans available?

Great place for beginner and advanced pilates. They offer primarily reformer pilates classes, but also some mat classes, as well as BoxFit classes which combine (depending on the instructor) boxing with pilates or circuit work. All the instructors are fantastic. The owner Elle is lovely and very helpful and will do an assessment prior to your joining classes to see what your specific needs are and give basics of the reformer machine. The studio itself is lovely and has a nice ambience.

The Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome and less uncoordinated when completing exercises.

They provide alternate exercises if you have existing injuries, and are always there to help you move in the right way.If you are after some cardio, the “boxfit” classes will get your blood pumping and help you destress. Early Monday mornings are the best way to start the week!!The classes have been amazing for my body. After 25 years of playing rugby, the exercises and stretching are the best thing to keep me moving and is assisting with loads of my old injuries.
