We have over 60 Classes on our weekly schedule to choose from. Our earliest class time is 5:30am and our latest is at 6:30pm. We also have lunch time classes!
At any.BODY Studio our members will never get bored! We have a variety of class styles included on our timetable for all fitness levels. Choose from Stretch Reformer, Intermediate Reformer, All levels Reformer, Equipment Pilates Circuit, Boxing or Jumpboard Reformer.
any.BODY is my favourite reformer pilates studio in Brisbane! Elle has done an incredible job creating a beautiful and inviting studio, combined with friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Elle pours her heart and soul into this studio and you can tell. I highly recommend any.BODY!
Great place for beginner and advanced pilates. They offer primarily reformer pilates classes, but also some mat classes, as well as BoxFit classes which combine (depending on the instructor) boxing with pilates or circuit work. All the instructors are fantastic. The owner Elle is lovely and very helpful and will do an assessment prior to your joining classes to see what your specific needs are and give basics of the reformer machine. The studio itself is lovely and has a nice ambience.
The Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome and less uncoordinated when completing exercises.
They provide alternate exercises if you have existing injuries, and are always there to help you move in the right way.If you are after some cardio, the “boxfit” classes will get your blood pumping and help you destress. Early Monday mornings are the best way to start the week!!The classes have been amazing for my body. After 25 years of playing rugby, the exercises and stretching are the best thing to keep me moving and is assisting with loads of my old injuries.
