6 WeeK Performance Challenge

Starts Monday 10th May 2021

$79 per week + $59 Registration Fee

The any.BODY Studio 6 Week Performance Challenge  is designed to help you get motivated and moving on a regular basis.

This challenge is perfect for those that don't have injuries and want to improve their strength, general fitness and flexibility. 

What is included:

Initial Assessment

20 Group Reformer Classes

any.BODY Challenger Tank

Unlimited support from any.BODY Trainers and any.BODY Community

6 Week Clinical Exercise Program

Starts Monday 10th May 2021

$129 per week + $59 Registration Fee (Claimable on Private Health)

The any.BODY Studio 6 Week Clinical Exercise Program is designed for those rehabilitating an injury or that need to work with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to manage a specific condition. This challenge is perfect if you are currently pregnant, post natal have a pre existing injury or a women's health concern. 

What is included:

Initial Consultation

12 Clinical Pilates Classes (1:4)

12 Women's Health Classes (Strength,  Conditioning & Pilates) (1:6) or Group Reformer Classes

any.BODY Challenger Tank

6 Week Healthy Aging Program

Starts Monday 10th May 2021

$79 per week + $59 Registration Fee (Claimable on Private Health)

The any.BODY Studio 6 Week Healthy Ageing Program is designed for those rehabilitating an injury or that need to work with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to manage a specific condition. This program is perfect if you are over the age of 60 and want to improve your general fitness, strength, balance and flexibility.

What is included:

Initial Assessment

20 Group Classes (Choose from Group Reformer, Pilates Circuit & Strength and Conditioning)
