any.BODY Pilates & Exercise Physiology is a Pilates Studio offering low impact group reformer Pilates classes for Over 50's.  The pilates workout and Pilates exercises are designed to be low impact - Using the Reformer we can increase resistance to strengthen muscles around your joints but also provide support for your body.

You can find any.BODY Pilates & Exercise Physiology in Milton, 10 minutes by car from Brisbane City tucked away in leafy courtyard close to Paddington, Rosalie, Auchenflower and Toowong. Run by experienced Exercise Physiologist Elle de Wet. As an Exercise Physiologist Elle can provide Health Fund Rebates and Medicare Rebates to eligible clients for group classes, private classes and initial consultations.

Join Elle for a comprehensive Initial Consultation and 2 Private sessions where she can slowly introduce you to the Reformer prior to joining the Group Classes. Initial Consultations are claimable on medicare with a referral from your GP and Private sessions claimable on Private Health.

What a beautiful space Elle has created. I am new to Pilates, after a couple of trial classes with my physio I just couldn’t get the mind body connection.
