It is no secret that Reformer Pilates can be looked as a ‘feminine’ form of exercise. Most Pilates studios market to appeal to women but there is no reason why men should not be using Reformer Pilates to manage injuries, mange their flexibility, build their core strength and improve their posture. In the sporting world Reformer Pilates is a go to method by athletes to ensure their training is varied as these athletes can target weaknesses within their bodies to ensure they reduce injuries throughout their careers.
