This ensures that you not only manage current injuries that that you prevent injuries in the future and that you just FEEL BETTER after exercise.
At any.BODY Studio there is classes for all conditions and fitness levels. Clinical Conditioning classes are run by Accredited Exercise Physiologists or Accredited Physiotherapists and are suitable for all fitness levels but appropriate for those with injuries. These classes are claimable on private health insurance.
Other classes are run by Diploma Qualified Pilates Instructors and are dynamic, fun, challenging workouts!
