Meet Your Allied Health Practitioners
Studio Owner, Elle de Wet is a qualified Pilates and Reformer Pilates Instructor, Exercise Scientist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Having Graduated from Queensland University of Technology Elle is qualified to provide exercise prescription to clients with various conditions and also challenge fit individuals to gain greater strength and flexibility.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Elle is a member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia. As an affiliated member she works under a governed body that ensures she uses evidence based practice to guide her exercise prescription.
Nicole Bence is a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist, certified Metabolic Balance® Coach and owner of Nourished Body Nutrition.
Nicole has a passion for teaching people about the benefits of choosing the right foods for health, motivating others to make healthy lifestyle changes, and supporting clients one-on-one to optimise their health and wellbeing.
Nicole believes that nourishing food is the foundation of a healthy, vibrant and positive life.
Nicole also understands that life is busy and that eating ‘right’ isn’t always easy, so she empowers clients with tools and practical skills that they can put into everyday practice.
