Join studio owner and Accredited Exercise Physiologist Elle de Wet for a 1hr workshop introducing Reformer Pilates to beginners. Find out why any.BODY Studio has grown from 0-to over 300 Reformer loving nutcases in just over 12 months and what is special about any.BODY Studio and Reformer Pilates.

The workshop will take you through the anatomy of the spine (in terms you will understand), it will explain what everyday movement is doing to your spine, your joints and your overall health and how Reformer Pilates is the absolutely best way to not only get fitter, stronger and healthier but also take control of aging joints and aches and pains.
